Job Description

Responsibilities:
Perform required testing (finished product, intermediates, in-process, raw material, or environmental) in accordance with the company's methods and properly document test results. Perform required testing for the analysis of finished product, raw material, water, environment, or in-process samples. Maintain accurate, complete, legible, and concurrent records of work performed and enter the results in the laboratory notebook. Follow schedules and meet deadlines. Review test data/results for reporting and documentation accuracy. Communicate aberrant results to laboratory supervision immediately. Demonstrate a working knowledge of the LIMS computer system. Enter data and results into the system. Gain an awareness of cGMP and maintain compliance with the regulations. Follow company and departmental policies. Complete other duties as assigned by Laboratory Management and/or Group Lead. Maintain a clean and safe working area. BA/BS degree in a related science (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology) is required. Associate's degree plus 2 years of experience will be considered in lieu of the required Bachelor's degree. Entry-level is okay, but lab experience is a plus. Good practical knowledge of the laboratory environment. Understanding of safety procedures and policies. Time Management. Effective oral and written communication. #IND123 This position is 100% onsite, and it is a 6-month assignment. Training will be on 1st Shift (7:00a-3:30p Monday-Friday) After training, the schedule will be 3rd Shift (3 days from 10:00p-8:00a plus every other weekend)
