Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and expertise with precision measurement tools will help uphold our commitment to excellence. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and vision inspection systems Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to verify product conformity Perform dimensional measurements and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) assessments to ensure parts meet design tolerances Power tools including band saw, planer and jointer Identify non-conformities or deviations from quality standards in production processes and collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals Proficiency with measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, and other precision measurement tools Basic math skills for data analysis and measurement calculations Excellent attention to detail combined with strong analysis skills to identify issues promptly and recommend solutions Effective communication skills for documenting inspection results clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams Join us in maintaining the highest standards of quality!
