We are a federal general contractor that builds for agencies including the Department of the Interior, Navy, Army Corps of Engineers, and NASA. We have been awarded a multi-million dollar project to rehabilitate HVAC system components at two occupied federal facilities in Crescent City, California, and we are hiring one experienced person to run the site. This is a combined Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Site Safety and Health Officer position. You will be the company's lead on site every day: managing the mechanical, electrical, and controls subcontractors, running the three-phase QC process, keeping the safety program tight, and working directly with the Government project team. If you have run federal mechanical work before and know what a preparatory meeting, a daily QC report, and an AHA look like when they are done right, this job will feel familiar. The project starts around the Notice to Proceed in late 2026 and runs through closeout. This is a full-time W-2 position for the life of the project, with a strong chance to move onto our next project when it wraps.
