Drive performance metrics—analyze data to improve defect detection rates, reduce rework, and enhance overall efficiency. Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork—coach and develop team members to excel in high-pressure situations. Adapt and problem-solve—quickly identify quality issues, implement solutions, and work cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
