Formulate, adjust and match colored felts to meet quality control and customer standards, plus develop new shades. Maintain production flow in and out of department dyehouse operations to ensure safety to personnel and practices, quality product, productivity and profitability. Ensure the safe and productive performance of assigned duties and responsibilities to manufacture a quality product and meet the goals of the corporation.
