Kernersville, NC Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $90,000 a year 17 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Bachelor's degree Customer complaint resolution Full Job Description Position Summary The U.S. Factory Quality Manager is responsible for product quality and product compliance across Indo Count Global's three U.S. manufacturing facilities. Based at ICG East in Kernersville, NC, this position leads the factory Quality teams and ensures consistent execution of ICG and customer Quality requirements from incoming material inspection through production and final product release. The Quality Manager works in tandem with the U.S. Compliance Manager to maintain a 24/7 audit-ready environment. This role owns the processes, SOPs, records, and objective evidence directly related to product quality and product compliance, while the Compliance Manager leads broader factory compliance systems and requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Quality teams across all three U.S. factories; establish consistent inspection methods, documentation, expectations, and Quality practices.
  • Ensure effective execution of raw material receiving inspections, first-piece/start-up approvals, in-process audits, product specification/workmanship checks, final product audits, and product release activities.
  • Ensure products meet approved specifications, applicable regulatory requirements, and customer requirements for construction, dimensions, weight, workmanship, labeling, packaging, and other applicable criteria.
  • Ensure appropriate sampling plans, acceptance criteria, inspection methods, and measurement/inspection equipment controls are consistently followed.
  • Serve as the primary factory Quality resource for customer and major retailer product Quality requirements, Rules of Engagement, inspection protocols, product standards, and required documentation.
  • Manage applicable customer Quality activities within Inspectorio and similar retailer Quality/inspection platforms; coordinate customer, retailer, and third-party product inspections.
  • Ensure new and revised customer Quality requirements are communicated, implemented, and sustained at each factory.
  • Champion CAPA, root cause analysis, and Quality Risk Assessments to address product issues, recurring defects, process variation, and identified product risks.
  • Lead factory investigations of significant product Quality issues and customer complaints, including containment, root cause, corrective action, and effectiveness verification.
  • Analyze inspection results, defects, complaints, and other Quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own and maintain SOPs, work instructions, forms, records, training, and objective evidence directly related to product quality and product compliance.
  • Work in tandem with the U.S. Compliance Manager to maintain 24/7 readiness for GMP, QAFA, FCCA, customer, retailer, and similar factory audits, with this role accountable for the product Quality portions.
  • Assist Production and other functions in implementing Quality requirements when their activities are governed by or directly support a Quality SOP.
  • Establish and report meaningful Quality KPIs; promptly escalate significant product Quality or product compliance risks.
  • Travel regularly to the other U.
S. manufacturing facilities for leadership, training, problem solving, audit support, and Quality system oversight.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
