Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality systems to ensure products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement through strategic planning, team leadership, and rigorous adherence to industry regulations. Duties Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive quality management systems aligned with
ISO 9001
standards and industry best practices. Lead quality audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other legal requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues using analysis tools like Six Sigma methodologies. Establish and monitor quality standards in production processes, ensuring adherence through regular inspections and testing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean management principles to optimize manufacturing efficiency while maintaining high-quality output. Manage internal and external audits related to ISO certifications and regulatory compliance, preparing documentation and facilitating corrective actions as needed. Provide leadership in training staff on quality systems, inspection techniques, regulatory requirements, and best practices in manufacturing quality assurance. Qualifications Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a strong focus on quality control and assurance. Extensive knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards, FDA regulations, GMP, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant regulatory/legal compliance standards. Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits, implementing quality systems, and managing QA/QC processes within manufacturing environments. Strong analysis skills with proficiency in Six Sigma manufacturing techniques, and project management methodologies. Exceptional team leadership abilities coupled with excellent cross-functional communication skills to foster collaboration across departments. Familiarity with Lean management principles to streamline processes without compromising quality. Ability to analyze complex data sets for process improvements and compliance verification.
