Job Description Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IATF-compliant quality management system. Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring that products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues promptly. Monitor and report key quality metrics, driving accountability across the organization. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and processes. Partner with suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met and maintained. The Successful Applicant A successful Director of Quality should have: Proven expertise in IATF standards and quality management systems within the engineering and manufacturing sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive quality initiatives and influence cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
