Pay:
$24.00/hr Full Time Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors to achieve production and quality goals. Monitor production processes and inspection activities to ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards. Develop, maintain, and improve work instructions, quality procedures, and inspection processes. Analyze quality and production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Coach, mentor, and develop employees while providing regular performance feedback. Partner with Human Resources to address attendance, performance, and employee relations matters. Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet customer production requirements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness. Maintain accurate production, quality, and timekeeping records using company systems. Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with all safety policies. Qualifications 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing quality systems, inspection processes, and continuous improvement. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with quality reporting systems and process improvement initiatives. Proficiency with digital platforms such as Salesforce or similar business systems is preferred. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Flexibility to work any shift based on business needs. Physical Requirements Ability to visually inspect parts for defects in color, size, shape, and texture. Stand, walk, and work on concrete floors for up to 10-12 hours . Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive motions. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds . Perform detailed inspection work requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Ability to work in varying manufacturing temperatures and environments.
