The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance initiatives, manage inspections, and enforce compliance with regulations. Duties Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive quality control plans aligned with project specifications and regulatory standards. Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to quality standards. Interpret technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution and compliance. Manage quality inspection processes by collecting data, analyzing results, and documenting findings for review. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively. Oversee the management of documents related to quality control, including contracts, inspection reports, and compliance records. Lead team efforts in quality assurance activities while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Utilize QA management software to track progress, document inspections, and generate reports. Ensure that all activities adhere to industry standards for quality control management and construction regulations. Skills Extensive experience in quality control management within the manufacturing industry.. Proficiency with QC management software for data collection, tracking, and reporting. Familiarity with plans interpretation and technical drawing analysis. Demonstrated ability to manage inspection processes effectively.
