Core Values Genuine Humility Respect for People Exceptional Customer Service Superior Innovation Continuous Improvement Duties and responsibilities This is a list of the primary job responsibilities, but you are also expected to help in other areas as needed to ensure the success of the Belmont Team as a whole. Collaborate with the Engineering and Production Team to improve the quality of our products. Assess and validate new products and processes to ensure that they meet Belmont standards. Improve the quality control processes from the receiving of materials to the manufacturing and shipping of completed trailers. Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on all trailers that are shipped directly to the end user. Assist with research and development as well as validation testing of new products. Responsible for all warranty and tech support needs from our dealers and trailer owners. Schedule warranty repairs done in-house with the Production Team. Maintain records of all our warranty-related costs and metrics. Engage with our customers and dealers to find ways of improving our product design to minimize warranty claims.
