Quality Supervisor
- Shelbyville
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in auditing and lab testing with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Experience supervising floor quality auditors or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, ISO9001 standards, and ISCC requirements, CAPA, ISO Auditing
- Excellent Recession Proof Manufacturing Industry.
K Job Summery:
Provide a means of communications directly with the customer in order to develop and supply a component which meets or exceeds the customer requirements. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns. Assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with proven ability to supervise, train, and mentor technical staff.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Full-time Pay:
$75,000.00- $85,000.
