Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager - QCM & Cleaning Technician to lead quality assurance and inspection processes in our commercial cleaning buildings This pivotal role involves overseeing quality control measures, conducting thorough inspections, and ensuring compliance with cleaning offices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining high standards, analyzing data effectively, and managing cleaning-related quality assurance tasks to support successful project delivery. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures tailored to comercail cleaning projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and contractual requirements. Conduct comprehensive cleaning inspections to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to cleaning specifications. Collect, analyze, and document data related to cleaning progress, quality issues, and inspection outcomes for continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with owners to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions. Manage inspection schedules, coordinate site visits, and ensure timely reporting of findings to stakeholders. Support the training of site personnel on quality standards, safety protocols, and inspection procedures to foster a culture of excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning site management with a strong focus on quality control and inspection practices. Solid understanding of commercail cleaning processes, and management principles. Excellent analysis skills for interpreting inspection data, identifying issues, and implementing solutions effectively. Hands-on experience with cleaning inspection tools, data collection methods, and safety regulations. Strong communication skills to articulate findings clearly and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple team members simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations related to commercial cleaning quality assurance.
