The NDT Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining quality and compliance at Keystone Tower Systems, Inc. They are responsible for planning and coordinating non-destructive testing activities, guiding a team of technicians, and ensuring inspections meet industry and customer standards. This role involves reviewing and approving reports, scheduling resources, and maintaining equipment calibration. The supervisor also leads training and assessments, participates in audits, and enforces safety protocols. With a focus on continuous improvement, they collaborate with various departments to resolve inspection issues and support the company's quality initiatives. High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Materials Science is preferred. Current Level II or Level III NDT certification as per ASNT SNT-TC-1A, NAS-410, or equivalent is required. Strong knowledge of NDT codes and standards, along with quality management systems. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are a must. 5-10 years of NDT inspection experience, with 2-5 years in a supervisory role. Previous experience in wind tower manufacturing or similar tubular welded structures is advantageous. Experience managing multiple projects and inspection teams is preferred. Familiarity with

acceptance criteria for cyclically loaded welds is desirable. Supervise and coordinate daily NDT inspection activities, ensuring adherence to codes and standards. Lead and mentor NDT technicians, providing guidance and support. Review and approve NDT reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Schedule manpower and resources to meet project deadlines efficiently. Monitor quality performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain NDT equipment calibration and certification records for compliance. Conduct training sessions and competency assessments for NDT personnel. Participate in audits, customer inspections, and quality reviews, representing the company. Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE regulations on-site. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve inspection-related challenges.
