Key Duties & Responsibilities As a Quality Analyst Sr, you will be a vital part of the manufacturing team in Courtland.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate sits audits and assessments (AS9100, Customer, NASA, Internal, ect.)
• Conduct and coordinate corrective actions/CAB
• Track audit findings, ICAR's, GCARS and status for closure
• Trend Quality metrics and support problem solving activities
• Lead the Courtland ESD/Ordnance certification program
• Collect and assemble data for end item data packages for hardware acceptance reviews and customer shipments ## Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following requirements:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or other engineering degree preferred)
• Ability to obtain a US Clearance
• Must be a US citizen
• ## Desired Skills Experience working in an Aerospace/Defense or related Manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing/quality processes and documentation
• Ability to comprehend and interpret drawings, work instructions, schematics, and specifications.
• Effective communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Lean Manufacturing experience (Green Belt Certification)
• Missile Assembly and Integration experience
• Experience working within a AS9100 certified quality system
• Problem solving experience
• Understanding of ESD equipment, its requirements and certification process
• Currently or has in the past possessed a Security Clearance

• Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

  $72500.00
• $134600.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
