Team members join a culture that values precision, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Department role located in Simi Valley, CA. The team member will support daily quality control and quality assurance activities, including inspecting coated parts, verifying compliance with commercial, aerospace, and military specifications, and documenting inspection results. Responsibilities include assisting with maintaining

ISO 9001

2008 and AS9100C standards, updating quality records and reports, and helping investigate nonconformances and corrective actions. The role will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and customer service to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products. The position may also involve contributing to internal audits, calibration checks, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience with quality control or quality assurance processes, including inspection of manufactured or coated parts and documentation of results. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards or similar quality management systems, including basic auditing and corrective action practices. Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and work instructions, especially for commercial, aerospace, or military applications. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow established procedures consistently. Proficiency with basic computer applications for data entry, report preparation, and recordkeeping in a quality environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, engineering, and management teams.

Preferred:

Prior experience in coatings, manufacturing, or aerospace industries and familiarity with measurement tools and inspection equipment.

Preferred:

High school diploma or equivalent required; further technical training or quality-related certifications are a plus.
