Medical, Dental, AD&D Job ResponsibilitiesInspect and monitor products throughout the production and packing processPerform quality checks to ensure products meet company standardsInspect products for defects, damage, proper size, appearance, and overall qualityVerify product labeling, packaging, and specificationsMonitor production processes for compliance with quality and food safety requirementsCollect samples and perform routine quality checks as assignedDocument inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actionsIdentify and report quality concerns to supervisors and managementAssist with investigating product quality issues and determining appropriate corrective actionsEnsure employees follow established quality, food safety, and sanitation proceduresMonitor production areas for potential quality or food safety concernsMaintain accurate quality control records and reportsCommunicate quality issues with production, warehouse, and management teamsAssist with audits, inspections, and quality-related activities as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform other quality control and production duties as assigned QualificationsPrevious quality control, quality assurance, food production, warehouse, manufacturing, or inspection experience is preferredPrevious experience in food processing or agricultural production is a plusKnowledge of basic quality control and food safety practices preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or inconsistenciesAbility to accurately record and document informationBasic math skillsAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive inspection tasksAbility to lift up to 40 poundsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work overtime and weekends as requiredAbility to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions Why Work With Full Steam Staffing?
