Quality Assurance Specialist - Food Manufacturing SVS Group is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist for a full-time opportunity with one of our manufacturing clients in Woodland, CA .

Pay:

$23.00-$24.00 per hour

Woodland, CA Job Responsibilities Perform quality testing and inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Review production and quality records for accuracy and compliance. Conduct product sampling, allergen monitoring, ATP swabbing, and environmental monitoring. Assist with internal, customer, and third-party audits. Support food safety and quality programs including GMP, HACCP, SQF, and FDA requirements . Identify and document non-conforming products and assist with corrective actions. Maintain quality records, certifications, and other required documentation. Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Sanitation teams to address quality concerns. Qualifications 3+ years of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Food Safety experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with inspections, audits, product testing, and documentation review. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. HACCP, SQF, PCQI, or Internal Auditor certifications are a plus. High school diploma or GED required; degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:
