Job Description

Adecco is looking for a Quality Control Associate in Davenport, FL. As a Quality Control Associate you will be responsible for performing inspections of materials and finish products. If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in‑process parts, and finished products according to our quality procedures and quality plan.
  • Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly in designated systems, software, and mobile apps.
  • Identify, classify, and report defects or non‑conformances to production teams in a timely manner.
  • Use an assigned computer and various internal data entry platforms to enter QC findings.
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to support continuous quality improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Attention to
Detail:
Exceptional ability to identify small defects or discrepancies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for documenting findings and collaborating with production teams.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift heavy objects/boxes as required.
  • Previous experience in Quality Control or inspection roles preferred.

Pay Details:
