Compensation Details:
$46,245.00 Under supervision, the Enrollment Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing enrollment information to identify trends, discrepancies, for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of enrollment-related activities within the department. This position collaborates with cross ‑ functional teams and technology partners and will serve as a subject matter expert on the enrollment systems. This position reports to the Eligibility and Enrollment Manager. Develop recurring and customized reports for leadership and issuers, presenting findings in clear visual formats to support decision‑making. Develop and maintain quality metrics, audit templates, and reporting dashboards. Development and manage new enrollment reports. Perform routine and targeted quality assurance reviews of enrollment cases, applications, and system entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Analyze reports on enrollment information such as effectuations, terminations, Special Enrollment Periods (SEP), Qualifying Life Event (QLE) usage, Tier 2 Error Reports, and Reconciliation (RCNI) Discrepancy Reports. Monitor the performance of issuer enrollment information and alignment with the exchange system and monitor metrics to identify areas for improvement. Audit enrollment processes to assess adherence to established procedures, performance standards, and timelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and technology partners and serve as a subject matter expert on the enrollment systems. Document quality assurance findings and prepare clear, actionable reports for leadership. Provide constructive feedback to management and partners to support corrective action planning when quality gaps are identified. Liaise between Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) and the Technology Department interpreting both business and data needs to support department needs. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the enrollment system related to system enhancements or system defects. Support special quality reviews, system testing, and initiatives related to policy changes or operational improvements. Participate in staff training sessions, policy reviews, and operational meetings to support continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in a technical job related to the area of assignment. A valid driver's license may be required.
