This role supports manufacturing efficiency by identifying defects, documenting quality results, following work instructions, and helping maintain a safe, clean and organized environment. Responsibilities Run Automated Machines safely. Perform final inspection of parts, components, or finished goods prior to shipment or release Verify product dimensions, appearance, labeling, packaging, and overall workmanship against specifications. Use inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, visual standards, or other measuring equipment as required Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately and on time Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues, abnormalities, or maintenance needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with 5S and safety standards. Communicate quality concerns, production status, and material issues to supervisors, quality personnel, and team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Proven experience in quality inspection and machine operation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Familiarity with quality control processes and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other inspection tools Familiarity with final inspection, first-piece checks, in-process checks, or quality documentation. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience working in ISO 9001, IATF, medical device, aerospace, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
