Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your role will involve fabricating, analyzing, and inspecting products to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company quality systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
  • Monitor adherence to quality control procedures and guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance product quality
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and techniques
  • Familiarity with quality control systems, processes, and methodologies
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
