Quality Assurance Specialists Saint Francis Ministries - 2.6 Wichita, KS Job Details 6 hours ago Qualifications Data integrity assurance Data analysis reporting Data validation techniques Metrics Reporting Quality reports Quality control data reporting Driver's License Data quality monitoring Clerical experience Data analytics technologies Full Job Description The Quality Assurance Specialist supports organizational quality improvement by developing performance metrics, analyzing and reporting data, and partnering with program leadership to identify, measure, analyze, and monitor key performance and workforce indicators.
Quality Improvement & Process Development:
Support new project development and implementation of projects through the development of metrics and reporting. Develop QA processes and reports for new grants or programs. Partner with program leadership to identify performance gaps and recommend sustainable solutions. Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across programs. Assist with development and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Provide support to various programs across the organization in the reporting and analytics of data. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports for leadership and stakeholders. Assists programs in developing goals and performance measures specific to their programs. Develop business rules for data reporting to best fulfill requests for information. Ensure accuracy and reliability of data in reports, dashboards, and state reporting systems. Analyze and reconcile data with state contractors. Identify incorrect data in state and Saint Francis reports and work with both entities to get the data correct. Critically think through a variety of data problems Use the analysis of data to solve problems. Provide reports for various states' reporting mechanisms.
Compliance & Review Activities:
Assist with preparation and support during external audits, accreditation reviews, and state or federal monitoring. Help programs understand regulatory expectations related to reporting.
Cross Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to optimize data collection processes. Partner with IT to design, and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and analytic tools. Build tools to analyze and report data.
Organizational Responsibilities:
Implement Saint Francis policies and follow directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), rules, personnel policies, and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms. Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels. Ensures clients' rights are protected. Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.
Requirements:
BS/BA Degree from accredited college or University Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Improvement, Continuous Quality Improvement, Performance Management, or related discipline. Proven ability to analyze complex performance data and present findings and recommendations. Experience working with business rules for reporting, identifying data discrepancies, and resolving errors. Experience preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reports for leadership or external stakeholders. Experience in child welfare preferred Experience with clerical duties, Data Analysis and data reporting. Must be 21 years of age. Must pass a drug screen and state specific background checks as required for assigned area(s) Lifting Requirements of 30 - 50 lbs. Must have valid state driver's license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
