Quality Inspector 1st Shift

Job Description

Quality Control Inspector responsible for incoming, first article, in-process, and final inspection of plastic components using visual, dimensional, and functional inspection methods. Job Requirements High school diploma or technical school education. Previous experience in product inspection or quality control. Basic knowledge of quality concepts and problem-solving methods. Experience using microscopes, calipers, projectors, and related measurement tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with plastic components. Experience with visual and dimensional inspection criteria. Experience performing incoming, in-process, or final inspections. Experience identifying and documenting non-conforming product. Preferred Skills Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Experience with plastic injection molding. Experience in medical consumables or medical device manufacturing. Knowledge of
ISO 13485
quality system requirements. Experience with first article inspection of injection-molded components. Experience supporting calibration of measurement and test equipment. Basic Mandarin reading, writing, or verbal communication skills. Job Responsibilities Perform incoming material verification and sampling inspections. Conduct first article inspections for injection-molded components. Perform in-process visual inspections. Perform dimensional measurements using applicable inspection equipment. Conduct functional testing according to inspection requirements. Identify, document, and trace non-conforming products during production. Perform final inspections of packaging and labeling prior to warehouse release. Update Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP) as required. Maintain inspection records and quality documentation. Support calibration management for testing and measurement equipment. Verify inspection results against applicable drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Pay:
