Schedule:
24-32 hours per week, based on departmental needs CarePlus Residential Services is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Quality Assurance (Q/A) professional to support quality assurance, compliance, documentation, and administrative functions. This position reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and assists with maintaining accurate records, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting internal quality improvement activities.
Responsibilities:
Review employee, client, and program documentation for completeness and accuracy; assist with audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action follow-up; track required documentation, training, and certifications; identify missing or incomplete records; maintain confidential files and tracking logs; assist with preparation for inspections and regulatory reviews; prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation; communicate compliance concerns to appropriate supervisors; and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience in quality assurance, compliance, healthcare, human services, or administration preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and computer skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and similar office systems preferred. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work independently with accuracy and professionalism.
