•$25.00 per hour 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm M-F Position Summary The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and process improvement activities. This role supports quality assurance efforts, investigates nonconformances, and works closely with production teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, quality audits, and product testing. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Document inspection results, quality activities, and audit findings. Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions. Assist with nonconformance investigations and Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities. Collect and analyze quality data to support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain quality records and update ERP systems as required. Develop and maintain work instructions, operating procedures, and training materials. Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams. Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and quality improvement projects. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data analysis abilities. Ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality. Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
