CMM Programmer & Quality Technician Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CMM Programmer & Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will ensure product quality and precision through advanced measurement techniques and robust inspection processes. You'll work with state-of-the-art CMM equipment and play a key role in maintaining compliance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Program, operate, and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), including Zeiss systems using Calypso, Metrolog (Metro Mech), and/or CMM Manager Perform dimensional inspections on complex machined parts and assemblies Use precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and height gauges Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements to develop accurate inspection plans Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications Document inspection results, calibration records, and non-conformance reports Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with machining and manufacturing teams to improve processes and product quality Qualifications Proven experience programming and operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with CMM software (Calypso, Metrolog, and/or CMM Manager preferred) Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and ASME standards Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for inspection planning Working knowledge of machining processes and CNC operations Strong mathematical and analytical skills High attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to move parts using cranes or carts Ability to stand and remain active for 8-10 hour shifts Adherence to all safety and GMP procedures Why Join Us? Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
