Job Description

Our Quality Control Technician is responsible for following and promoting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA requirements, collecting production samples for evaluation by the lab, preparing, reviewing and approving documentation, documentation practices as well as revisions. Must be able to perform analytical lab testing including microbial, mesh testing, FTIR, assaying and more. This position requires a person who is highly organized with experience in data entry and be computer literate as well as able to communicate clearly, able to work on a self-directed team and lift 50 pounds. Analytical and technical skills along with knowledge of statistics is a bonus. Knowledge about Kosher is also a bonus. Please apply if you hold a Degree in Chemistry or related Science degree. Note - Without a degree, we will be requesting equivalent experience in related field. Enzymology Research Center is open and working Monday through Thursday. Hours are 6:30a-5:00p. Our Quality Control Technician position is a full-time position. Starting pay for the position as Quality Control Technician is $26/hour+ , based on experience.
