Quality Control Technician

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. The Quality Technician will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of quality management principles.
Duties:
  • Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
  • Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines
  • Identify and document non-conforming products or processes, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results, testing data, and other quality-related documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in quality assurance is preferred
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from standards
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
