This is independent and professional work in planning, developing, and administering a quality assurance program in a Human Services program. The primary purpose of this position is to provide staff assistance and consultation in evaluating child welfare programs in a variety of program areas. Work involves identifying and/or designing data collection and using analytical techniques to prepare necessary reports. Employee will also conduct training and use quality assurance analysis and case reviews to assure compliance with federal, state, and agency policies. Employee will keep track of training needs for staff and ensure all staff have required trainings. This position has the responsibility of reviewing records and conducting service audits. Results will be compiled and presented to demonstrate trends and areas needing further improvement. This will be achieved by analyzing cases, compiling individual and team data, developing, and analyzing agency wide reports, and implementing standardized work methods. .
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in psychology, social work, education, health, business administration or related human service field and two years of experience in professional level treatment programming for the applicable client population; or a bachelor's degree in one of the fields listed above and three years of experience as indicated above; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
A thorough knowledge of quality assurance program practices; planning and development of assessment tools and techniques. Ability to develop recommendations to solve problems in different program service areas. Help to plan goals and resolve goal deficiencies. Ability to provide technical assistance, consultation to staff. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying quality standards, policies and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with professional and administrative personnel and be able to maintain effective working relationships with various staff. Be able to assess problems and coordinate resolutions of it.

$52,543.00 - $88,736.00 per year
