Type:

full-time Lead Quality Inspector We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Inspector to oversee quality operations within a fast-paced, high-volume industrial distribution environment serving automotive and aerospace customers. This is a hands-on leadership position for an individual who is comfortable working with high volumes of SKUs and understands the importance of accuracy, consistency, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can identify process gaps, challenge existing practices, and implement improvements that strengthen overall quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

? Lead daily quality inspection, verification, and control activities throughout the warehouse ? Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, work instructions, inspection procedures, and quality processes ? Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems ? Collaborate with operations and warehouse leadership to improve quality, accuracy, productivity, and compliance ? Support and maintain customer-specific quality standards, particularly for automotive and aerospace customers ? Utilize ERP systems, data, and reporting tools to identify trends, monitor performance, and support decision-making ? Train, guide, and provide leadership to warehouse employees regarding quality standards, procedures, and expectations

Requirements:

? Proven ability to take initiative, think strategically, solve problems, and lead process improvements ? Experience creating and implementing SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures ? Familiarity with ERP systems, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office ? Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance quality, productivity, and customer expectations ? Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a high-volume warehouse environment preferred ? Bilingual Spanish required
