Hours 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM Job Summary Express Exams is seeking a dependable, detail orientated, self-starter to assist in the Quality Assurance department.
Must be computer proficient, have excellent written and communication skills. Must also be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment. The IME Assistant would assist the supervisor of the department with reviewing/proofreading of independent medical examination reports, addendums or supplemental reports. This position is required to handle quality assurance questions and provide overall support to the Quality Assurance Department. Education and/or Experience Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Some College Preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel and Word. Typing with a minimum of 35 WPM is required. Quality Assurance experience and knowledge is a plus. Skills and Abilities Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to manage changes, delays, or unexpected events appropriately Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities, and use time efficiently Demonstrated ability to exercise standards of professionalism Deadline oriented Bi-Lingual is a Plus, but not required Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, 401K, Profit Sharing, and Paid Time Off.
