Quality Technician - Bilingual (Spanish/English) Lady M is looking for a qualified bilingual Food Safety Quality Technician to join our team. The QC technician will follow the company GMP's, HACCP program, SOP'S program to ensure the production of great quality products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain the quality and food safety standards. Conduct Pre-Operational Inspections using visual and analytical methods/corrective actions. Conduct daily control points for oven temperatures, baking time, crepes cooking specifications, cooking temperatures, thickness, appearance, weight, code dimensions, temperature, metal detectors, allergen control, weight checks, labeling, glass and brittle inspection, etc. Ensure calibration of instruments to provide accurate monitoring and recording of critical control points. Quality Assurance Specialist and QC Manager Appealing Skills:

Prior experience in food manufacturing. Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles. Ability to assess risk and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision or in team environment. Basic mathematical (addition, division, multiplication, percentages) and computer skills (email, excel, word).
