Our client, a leader in global healthcare logistics, is looking to hire a Quality Supervisor. This is a fully onsite position in New Hyde Park, NY!

•This role is a 6-month contract-to-hire W2 contract opportunity with benefits!

• As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) , ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting quality initiatives across transportation and logistics operations . You will serve as a key quality representative, partnering with operational teams, suppliers, auditors, regulators, and leadership to drive compliance, continuous improvement, risk management, and customer satisfaction. What You Will Be Doing Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) , ensuring quality objectives, policies, procedures, and performance metrics are effectively implemented Coordinate and support management review meetings in accordance with established SOPs and quality standards Administer supplier qualification and evaluation programs, including supplier approvals, audits, performance reviews, and corrective action initiatives Act as the primary point of contact for internal audits, external audits, inspections, and certification assessments Review and manage incidents, non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints, supporting investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA development, and follow-up actions Support risk management and change control processes, ensuring regulatory and customer communication requirements are met Required Skills & Experience 2-5 years of quality assurance, quality compliance, or quality management experience within a regulated industry Experience supporting or administering a Quality Management System (QMS) Knowledge of GDP, GxP, ISO standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and quality assurance principles Experience managing audits, inspections, deviations, CAPAs, investigations, and supplier quality activities Strong understanding of quality documentation, SOP management, and regulatory reporting requirements Desired Skills & Experience Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Logistics, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical, biotechnology, transportation, logistics, or highly regulated manufacturing environments Familiarity with MasterControl, SharePoint, or other electronic quality management (QMS) systems Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies
