1 week of initial training on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd Shift.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High School Diploma (required); AS in Chemistry or related field desired; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience:
2+ Yoe QC or manufacturing background; experience in regulated industries (life sciences, food & beverage, aerospace) preferred.
Skills:
Practical laboratory skills and familiarity with quality/regulatory standards (ISO).
Physical Demands:
Requires lifting up to 40 lbs, prolonged standing, and frequent bending.
Work Environment:
Factory and lab setting involving chemicals, extreme temperatures, and moving mechanical parts/blades (safety focus is paramount).
Key Responsibilities Quality & Testing:
Sampling, inspection, data evaluation, and disposition of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
Compliance & Standards:
Enforce corporate quality policies, ISO requirements, and regulatory specifications; issue product certifications.
System Support:
Assist with equipment calibration, customer complaints, CAPA/Event reporting, and nonconforming material handling.
Production Alignment:
