About Us :

Bucks County Biscotti is a family owned and operated production biscotti bakery that started in 1993. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Lead to run daily manufacturing operations within our fast paced biscotti bakery. This will be a hands-on job covering preparation and measurement of ingredients, mixing and depositing dough, cutting, baking and packaging of biscotti, cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facility, as well as helping out the team on jobs throughout the facility. We're a small and dynamic team looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and interested in career advancement. Responsibilities Preparation and measurement of ingredients Mixing and depositing of dough Baking, cutting and packaging of biscotti Cleaning and equipment maintenance Record keeping of production and sanitation logs

Experience:

Experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not required. Ability to lift 50+ Lb bags of flour/sugar Strong work ethic

Considerations:

This is not a pastry/small-scale bakery that requires artistic ability Opportunity to work directly with owner to learn about running a small business
