We manage beautiful vacation homes and maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, safety, and reliability. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Quality Assurance Inspector to serve as the final checkpoint before guests arrive. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating welcoming spaces, notices small details others may miss, communicates well, and is comfortable handling basic household tasks. What You'll Do Inspect properties after cleaning and before guest arrival Confirm each home is clean, organized, fully stocked, and properly staged Check for property damage, missing items, and maintenance concerns Take clear photos and document inspection findings Test Wi-Fi, televisions, appliances, smart locks, HVAC systems, and amenities Complete simple household fixes when appropriate Identify issues requiring a cleaner, handyman, or professional vendor Communicate clearly with cleaners, management, and maintenance providers Restock or pick up supplies when requested Respond to occasional urgent property needs Complete detailed annual wall-to-wall property inspections Follow company checklists and procedures through mobile apps What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail Strong cleanliness and presentation standards Hospitality-focused and guest-conscious mindset Reliable, organized, and responsive Comfortable working independently Professional and respectful communication skills Basic household troubleshooting or handyman ability Comfortable using mobile apps, smart locks, and reporting tools Valid driver's license and dependable personal vehicle Ability to lift approximately 20-30 pounds Ability to complete physical inspection tasks, including stairs and outdoor areas Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, property management, maintenance, facilities, staging, or short-term rentals is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
