Job Description

Job Title:
Test Analyst Location:
Syracuse, New York (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable testing professional to support the delivery of a new customer platform and its internal and external service integrations. Our team is looking for someone who can bring structure, precision, and collaboration to testing activities that help ensure quality, accuracy, reliability, compliance, and security across the platform.
Responsibilities:
Analyze system requirements and develop detailed, well-structured test cases. Participate in test planning, design, and review sessions while supporting test documentation. Execute manual and automated testing, manage test environments and test data, and report results. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while collaborating with stakeholders to validate corrections.
Required:
Proven experience in software testing, including both manual and automated approaches. Experience with test planning, design, execution, and reporting. Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar, plus understanding of test automation concepts. Ability to create and maintain test documentation, analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and work with multiple test environments and test data. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the Application Delivery team and support defect resolution and validation of corrections. Knowledge of company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements, with commitment to compliance in testing activities.
