Job Description

JBK Manufacturing is recruiting for a Roving Inspector.

The Roving Inspector will perform shop in-process inspection and approves outgoing product by performing essential requirements and job duties as listed. This role offers the chance to work with cross-functional teams, master cutting-edge technologies, and grow within our expanding company. Requirements/Job Duties:
  • Reads drawings and blueprints to effectively qualify machined products.
  • Uses basic measuring equipment (Calipers, micrometers).
  • Reads and interprets Control Plans.
  • Performs cell product audits and documents inspection results.
  • Performs Final Audits before shipping to customer.
  • Performs outgoing product audits before shipping to outside operations.
  • Maintains records of all measurements.
  • Use SPC for control of critical features where required.
  • Communicate effectively with Quality and Production Departments.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • Must be a U.
