Air-Way Global Manufacturing is a family owned and operated manufacturer of steel hydraulic fittings searching for CMM & Vision Systems Programmer to join our team. These positions will be located in our Edgerton, Ohio and Hamilton, Indiana facility. This is a non-exempt, salaried position working out of the Edgerton and Hamilton facilities that will report directly to the Manufacturing Process Manager. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform routine maintenance & calibration checks on CMM equipment. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and production teams and assist with finding solutions to quality issues. Complete inspection documentation and report discrepancies. Train others as necessary. Develop and maintain inspection programs for Keyence Vison Measurement Systems. Create and maintain programs for Fowler Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Interpret Engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications. Develop inspection methods for new products and engineering revisions.

The preferred candidate will:

Have an Associate Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or Quality Systems, or equivalent experience. Experience programming vision inspection systems or CMM equipment. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings. CAD experience is a plus. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 1ATF 16949 quality systems.
