Responsible for performing and manage quality control testing and acceptance of asphalt and aggregate materials Work with Federal and Local agencies as well as plant and field personnel to ensure product meets specifications Maintain and manage complete record keeping in network system and log books Perform and maintain calibration, certification, maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of lab equipment and facility Benefits include a 401K, medical, dental, life insurance, and paid training.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, required Driver's License with good driving record required Must pass drug test. Shelly and Sands, Inc is a drug free workplace. Skills/Abilities Good communication, documentation, and observation skills Ability to work well within a team and as an individual. Safe working practices in construction and industrial environments Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Willing to work overtime and occasional night shifts Positive attitude
