Job Description

Quality Technician | Vandalia, OH Our client, a leading consumer goods manufacturing company, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting factory quality engineers, production teams, and quality managers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

$22.32 - $22.93 per hour What's the Job? Test and inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Maintain gauges, test equipment, and testing machines to ensure accurate measurements and performance. Support quality engineers and managers in resolving customer and supplier quality issues. Conduct risk assessments and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions. Perform visual inspections of incoming materials and finished products, documenting test and inspection results. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred. Ability to use measuring tools, gauges, and testing equipment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
