$20 - $25 per hour RDF&P is hiring a Quality Control Technician to support our fabrication and manufacturing operations in Forest Grove, Oregon. This position is responsible for inspecting materials and finished products to ensure they meet customer requirements and company quality standards. What You'll Do Inspect fabricated parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy Verify dimensions using tape measures, calipers, and other measuring tools Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work orders Document inspection results and quality records Communicate quality concerns to production teams Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings Experience using measuring tools Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Manufacturing or quality control experience preferred Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and Sick Leave Overtime opportunities Stable, year-round employment Advancement opportunities
