Role Description The Quality Control Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at our Lebanon, PA facility. This position is responsible for inspecting aluminum sand castings, performing dimensional and visual checks, and verifying that products meet internal specifications and customer requirements. The technician will conduct routine quality tests, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, record and analyze test data, and assist in root-cause investigations of nonconforming product. Daily tasks include completing quality documentation, collaborating with production teams to address quality issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and following all safety and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, including inspection techniques and familiarity with quality standards. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting test results, identifying trends, and supporting problem-solving activities. Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills and experience working safely with Laboratory Equipment used for testing and measurement. Relevant experience in a manufacturing, foundry, or metal casting environment is beneficial. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to safety procedures. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in quality or manufacturing is a plus.
