Centerville Clinics is in search of a Quality Improvement Analyst for our Fredericktown Location. Applicants can expect to work full-time, normal business hours, Monday - Friday.

Assists the Director of Quality Improvement to ensure the implementation of quality improvements Completion of quality improvement assessments at clinic locations Monthly chart audits of UDS measures, clinical outcomes and gaps in care Works closely with providers and support staff of our medical offices Attends meetings with payer groups Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization policy and standards Other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality Improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience in quality improvement and/or population health, medical coding, or medical office experience Working knowledge of electronic health records, data analysis, report preparation skills Experience will Microsoft Office - Excel and Word documents Must have the ability to work with diverse population, respect patients and maintain patient confidentiality Able to multitask RN, LPN, or MA experience
