Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication skills to meet or exceed quality and productivity standards consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Meticulously identify and flag garment defects Meet production goals while maintaining strict quality standards Maintain or exceed quality and productivity benchmarks Demonstrate a positive attitude and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing Efficiently utilize scanning devices Make sound, customer‑focused decisions Perform additional warehouse functions as needed Adhere to all safety regulations Complete all duties assigned by Supervisors and/or

Managers Schedule:

Shift 1: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM - $15.00 Shift 2: Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - $16.00
