What You'll Do:

Fabrication & Assembly:

Operate various shop equipment to fabricate, assemble, install, and repair metal parts and products according to specifications.

Blueprint Mastery:

Convert drawings into real life material, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and assembly sequences.

Quality Assurance:

Examine workpieces for defects, ensuring all products meet high-quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

3 to 5 years of related experience in metal fabrication or equivalent training.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in reading blueprints and working with hand and power tools common to the industry.

Problem-Solver:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and address issues promptly.
