What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is a plus Technical experience in a manufacturing environment Proven visual inspection skills Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, specifications, and standards Basic computer skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Nice to

Have:

Previous inspection or quality control experience Familiarity with electronic assembly processes Experience with calibration and testing equipment

Preferred Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Prior experience in manufacturing, electronics, or quality assurance roles
