Mon-Thurs = 6:00am-4:00pm Friday = 6:30-10:00am Job type: 4 to 5 months #

GRPB Description:

The Test and Quality Technician ensures that air conditioning units and their internal components comply with engineering specifications and regulatory codes. This role performs electrical and mechanical inspections, runs end-of-line functional tests, diagnoses operational defects, and collaborates with engineering teams to resolve production issues

Requirements:

Product Testing:

Conduct functional tests on air conditioners, including pressure checks, system evacuation, refrigerant charging, and performance evaluations under varying operating conditions.

Quality Inspection:

Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process mechanical/electrical assemblies, and finished AC units for defects or non-conformance. 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, quality control, or testing environment. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings. Experience using multimeters, pressure gauges, calipers, and data loggers. Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs occasionally.
