Job Description

Overview Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing operations, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and vision inspection systems. Collect data during inspections, document findings precisely, and prepare detailed reports for review. Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions aligned with quality management systems. Support manufacturing compliance by reviewing production processes for adherence to regulatory/legal standards. Participate in internal audits and assist with external inspections to uphold certification standards. Maintain a thorough understanding of quality control procedures, manufacturing processes, and applicable industry standards. Requirements Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills for data analysis and measurement calculations. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes and quality standards. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for problem-solving. Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly across teams.
